Since 2013, Vinum Veritas Pte. Ltd. has been importing Swiss wines in Singapore

In late 2025, Vinum Veritas was transferred to a new owner who developed a concept that delivers unique experiences and value added services under two new brands:

• The Guillon Society, a wine brotherhood based in Singapore with a mission to celebrate good life and friendships through convivial events with wines from the Canton de Vaud.

  The Guillon Society is affiliated to 'La Confrérie du Guillon', Switzerland's most prestigious wine brotherhood
  

• The Authentic Swiss Wine and Travel, which has two main activities

  1. Swiss wine import and distribution in Singapore and Southeast Asia

  2. Travel agency services for people wanting to visit Switzerland
