AOC La Côte

A family affair since 1976 with a philosophy that “winemaking is not a creative science, only nature creates!” All the vines are cultivated bio-dynamically, a method which prohibits any use of chemical products. Demeter certification since 2018.

In the 50s, Jules Paccot bought the vineyards, which remained in the family ever since with Raymond, Roger and now Laura who all work to establish its reputation. The biodynamic approach, brought in progressively since 1999, is now used throughout the vineyards. Their wines are praised for their expression of terroir, purity, elegance, and balance.

The Colombe coat of arms belongs to the Paccot family since 1356.

Founded in 1392, it is Switzerland's oldest commercial entity. Vines are all located in UNESCO World Heritage Site 'Lavaux'. Work is done by hand on the vines and in the cellar, with small yields, long maturation times and following a philosophy of quality and respect of the environment.

AOC Lavaux

United by blood and vines in the small village of Rivaz in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lavaux, the Monachon family has been faithfully and passionately dedicated to the vineyard and wine work for about 300 years. The specific flavours linked to each plot and to each varietal are highlighted by rigorous vinifications.

Henri Chollet and his wife, along with son Vincent and daughter-in-law Valerie, took over this small family winery from Henri's father in 2000. Altesse, Mondeuse and Plant Robert are among the grapes the Chollets grow. In the process, they’ve made a name for themselves over the past 30 years as specialists of these regional, older grapes, which can be difficult to grow. All the wines are organic.

Philippe Gex built his Domaine after assuming control of his family’s vineyards in the 1980s. In 2002, the legendary “Clos du Crosex Grillé”, owned for 80 years by the Winston Churchill family, was added to the estate.

AOC Chablais

In the 1930s, the wine-growing families of Rolle, Schenk and Rosset, bought the Château and devoted it to viticulture. The wines are among the icons of Vaud. (falstaff wineguide 2023)

In 2019, Philippe teamed up with André Hoffmann, a renowned environmentalist and son of Luc Hoffmann, co-founder of the WWF, to convert fully to organic viticultural practices

For over 400 years, Château Maison Blanche has symbolized the Yvorne vineyard with its beauty, its eventful history and its magic.

In 1584, an earthquake toppled the mountain and sent it tumbling down to Yvorne.

At the foot of the huge amphitheatre created by the landslide, the terroir proved ideal for producing great wines. The history of Clos du Rocher dates back to the 19th century: between 1825 and 1830, the rocks and weeds gradually gave way to terraces of vines structured by numerous stone retaining walls.

AOC Valais

Located in the heart of the magnificent Chamoson vineyards. Cave St-Pierre is committed to practicing ecological and quality viticulture. In October 2020, they obtained the highly coveted title of Winery of the Year at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse, among more than 550 wine producers.
