White + Chasselas + 2024 + 75cl + 12.0% vol. + Grand Cru Féchy + AOC La Côte

Notes: Bayel is the name of a hillside in Féchy, with a clay, silt and siliceous moraine soil ; it allows for good drainage and air flow. The low yield of these vines, which are 25 to 50 years old, leads to full expression of the exceptional character of this terroir. A wine of great purity, an expression that soars and yet remains delicate. This was the first wine from la Côte Vaudoise to win “La Coupe Suisse du Chasselas”.
