Notes:  Deep, intense red with plum highlights. Abundant and complex aromas of blackcurrant and elderflower, with peppery and cocoa notes. Structured and fleshy with dense tannins. The finish, beautifully refined, is harmonious and intense.             

Pairing: great with red meat, white meat, game, cheese, Mediterranean cuisine.
