Sparkling white + Chardonnay blanc de blancs + Brut + 2022 + 75cl + 12.3% vol. + AOC La Côte

Notes: this 100% Chardonnay blanc de blancs is crafted in the purest Champagne tradition. The second fermentation takes place at the estate without the addition of sugar: the winemaker uses the wine’s own grape juice for this stage. This is followed by three years of aging on racks, which gives it its full aromatic complexity. Brioche, with a hint of hazelnut, a touch of lemon, and a hint of yeast.
