Notes: This is the winery’s traditional blend from carefully selected grapes grown in several of their Féchy vineyards. To respect each terroir, the grapes are vinified separately and raised on lees. In the spring, the different wines are blended, giving birth to a wine that is gourmet yet dense. This is a wine that drives conversations, with the first sip leading on to others.
