Red + Pinot Noir + 2022 + 75cl + 13.0% vol. + AOC La Côte

Notes: This Pinot Noir, a wine for aging, comes from vines that are 50 years old or more. A long maceration (more than 20 days) is followed by 10 to 18 months in oak barrels, depending on the nature of the vintage. This is a delicate wine of great elegance, with a range of notes varying from small red fruits to rose petals, to cherries. This wine – like all true Vaud citizens – needs time to show its depth and complexity. Do not rush it !
