Notes: A fine and fruity red wine with a lovely mineral character from the vines on the upper slopes of the Estate at a height of 600 m above sea level, with aromas of blackcurrants, first-class and dense tannins and matured for 11 months in a tun.

Pairing: It perfectly complements grilled meats paired with a creamy mustard sauce and potato-vegetable medleys
